Tom Brady and Bridget Moynahan reunited to celebrate their son Jack's latest milestone.
The seven-time Super Bowl champion, 48, shared a series of photos on Instagram of the 18-year-old's high school graduation, including one of himself and Moynahan, 55, showing their support.
The former couple could be seen smiling as they stood on either side of their son, whom they welcomed in 2007.
Jack wore a maroon cap and gown and proudly held up his diploma. The NFL player sported a blue suit for the occasion, while the Blue Bloods actress wore a white and blue striped dress.
The Fox Sports analyst also shared pictures of himself and Jack alongside his and ex-wife Gisele Bündchen's kids, Benjamin, 16, and Vivian, 13, and shots of Jack during his graduation ceremony and party.
One snap also showed the dad of three putting a loving hand on his son's chest while wrapping his other arm around him. Another photo showed Jack with his paternal grandparents, Tom Sr. and Galynn.

In a message accompanying the photos, Brady wrote, "One of the proudest days of my life, watching Jack walk across the stage, and graduate into the next chapter of what's already an impressive life. You are an amazing son, brother, grandson, nephew, and friend amongst many other things."

"What makes me happiest is knowing who you are when no one is watching," he continued as he paid tribute to his son. "The way you show up for your friends. The way you check on people having a hard day. The love you give our family, and the fact that you still let me win in 1v1 every once in a while."
"This isn't an ending. It's a starting line," the proud dad added. "Whatever you chase next we know you'll find success in. Take the risks. Be kind. Be yourself. And know your family and friends are always right behind you cheering the loudest because you do the same for everybody else! We love you ❤️❤️❤️."
Moynahan previously opened up to PEOPLE in 2019 about her and Brady's decision to co-parent their son following the end of their three-year relationship in December 2006.

"Tom and I made a decision to raise a child together, and we both found partners that not only supported us in raising that child, but also loved our child as if he was their own," the actress said at the time. "I don't think you can ask for more than that."

Moynahan went on to marry Andrew Frankel in 2015 and became a stepmother to his three sons. Meanwhile, Brady and Bündchen, 45, wed in 2009 and later divorced in 2022.
Jack has previously shown interest in sports, just like his father. Over the Christmas holiday last year, Brady shared photos of himself and the teen playing golf together.
