Rachel Bilson reflected on Hart of Dixie as the show marks its 15th anniversary during an exclusive interview with PEOPLE

The actress, who remains in touch with former cast members and the series creator, hasn't ruled out a reboot

She also shared memories of filming while pregnant

It's been 15 years since Rachel Bilson first appeared on Hart of Dixie, but she still "can't believe" that time of her life when she looks back on it.

Bilson, 44, attended Pluto TV's Hart of Dixie 15th Anniversary Celebration on Wednesday, June 10, at Lombardi House in Los Angeles, where she spoke exclusively with PEOPLE about just how "crazy" time has flown by.

"Oh my gosh. I just can't believe," she said. "I think I was 29 or something, and it's pretty bizarre. The coolest part is that I was pregnant with my daughter the fourth season, so I get to see that, and that's such a nice memory."

"I remember working up until 37 weeks, and I had a chair for my feet because they were so hot and so swollen in the summer," she recalled. "But I love that I can show her that, and it's really nice. I don't have many pictures pregnant either, so it's kind of nice to have it documented in the show."

"But I just love that the show still resonates with people and people want to watch it, and it feels good," Bilson added.

When asked why she thought people still rewatch Hart of Dixie and even consider it a comfort show, Bilson said she thinks it's just a peaceful watch.

"I mean, I think, like I said, it's a feel-good show, and it's a nice escape," The O.C. alum explained. "So this little town and these characters, and nothing's too heavy or scary or gory. It's just like a nice escape, and I think that's what makes people feel like it's so comfy."

Hart of Dixie first premiered in September 2011 and ran for four seasons until 2015. Bilson played Zoe Hart, a doctor in New York who takes a job offer in Alabama, only to find herself running the practice.

The comedy-drama series also starred Wilson Bethel, Cress Williams, Scott Porter, Jaime King, Kaitlyn Black and more.

"I mean, I think so because that's the answer you have to give because what a bummer if not," Bilson said about where her character Zoe might be today, and if she would still be with Wade (Bethel). "But I don't know. I think that they've been through a lot. I don't think it was ever boring."

As for the possibility of a reboot, Bilson hasn't ruled it out, saying, "It was such a good time. We all had so much fun together, and I loved playing Zoe. Again, it was a feel-good show to watch. It was a feel good-show to make."

"I actually had lunch recently with Leila Gerstein, the creator. Wilson and Scott and I and Jamie, we've all kind of been in touch, actually, a lot over the years," she added.

Bilson also shared that her "very comforting" watch is always Love Is Blind and teased that she has "a lot of fun" plans for summer with her daughter Briar Rose, 11. She shares her daughter with ex-boyfriend Hayden Christensen.

"I'm going to work a little bit, which is good, but we're very excited. We have some traditions we always do, so we're looking forward to those," she said.

All episodes of Hart of Dixie are available to stream on Pluto TV.
