- Zoë Kravitz is calling out Hulu after the streaming service promoted her canceled series *High Fidelity* using a reference to her fiancé Harry Styles.
- Hulu wrote in a since-deleted Instagram post that her character Rob definitely had Styles' album* Kiss All the Time. Disco Occasionally* on her playlist.
- “This is tacky @hulu," Kravitz wrote in response.
Hulu has crossed a (fine) line with Zoë Kravitz.
The actress put the streaming service on blast Thursday after it promoted her canceled original series *High Fidelity* on social media using a reference to her fiancé, Harry Styles.
The Instagram post, which has since been deleted, featured a carousel of images of Kravitz as her character Robyn “Rob” Brooks on the gender-flipped drama. “Robyn Brooks definitely has* Kiss All the Time. Disco Occasionally* on her playlist,” its caption read, nodding to Styles’ recently-released fourth album.

The post seemed to strike a sour note with Kravitz, who simply commented in response: “This is tacky @hulu.”
A representative for Hulu did not immediately respond to **’s request for comment.

Based on both Nick Hornby’s 1995 novel of the same name and its 2000 film adaptation starring John Cusack, *High Fidelity *followed music-obsessed Rob as she looked back at her top five heartbreaks while attempting to run a struggling record store in Brooklyn. The series also featured performances from Jake Lacy, David H. Holmes, Kingsley Ben-Adir, and then-future Oscar winner Da’Vine Joy Randolph.
Despite receiving positive reviews — and ending on a *major* cliffhanger — Hulu announced that *High Fidelity *had played its final note in August 2020. Kravitz mourned the decision in an Instagram post at the time, thanking its cast and crew “for all the love and heart you put into this show.”
She went on to drag the streamer over its lack of diversity following the show’s cancellation, writing sarcastically on Instagram later that same month that “at least Hulu has a ton of other shows starring women of color we can watch. Oh wait.”

In the years since, Kravitz has repeatedly expressed her interest in reprising her role as Rob. “Yes, I would love to,” she told *Esquire* in 2024. “I was just saying earlier: Every time I let it go, somebody reminds me that they love it. And it happens. It’s the most mentioned project to me.”

And she’s not alone. Last year, Randolph confirmed that she’s also ready to press play on *High Fidelity* again.
"We all feel the same way,” Randolph told* **Rolling Stone* in November. “Zoë [Kravitz] and I talk about it all the time, like, 'How can we figure this out? Give it back to the people,' but really give it back to us, because we just really love it.”
