King Charles has reportedly made a demand to Prince William concerning his rift with Prince Harry. Earlier, it was reported that the monarch is keeping away from the conflict between the Sussexes and the Waleses. Now, as per a source, he is upset with his eldest son over this matter.
King Charles had 3-word demand from Prince William, sources suggest
According to Closer, King Charles had something to say to Prince William regarding his issues with Prince Harry. The monarch is reportedly “angry” at the Prince of Wales for not “falling into line.” As such, he gave a three-word ultimatum to William: “Let It Go.” The insider continued, “It’s become a real battle because Charles believes it’s time for William to let this go. It’s become a real battle because Charles believes it’s time for William to let this go. He’s made his decision to make peace with Harry and Meghan, and, in his assessment, everyone, including William, should fall in line.”
However, William does not want to forgive and forget. The 44-year-old is furious, claiming that the King must have been manipulated by the Sussexes. Meanwhile, Charles sees this refusal as William’s lack of faith in his father’s judgment.
Their divide has allegedly turned worse behind palace walls. Their respective teams are reportedly finding it tough to manage their loyalties. The source claimed the monarch has stopped giving information to William on his interactions with Harry.

“The longer William digs in his heels and refuses to make peace with his brother, the more difficult it becomes for his aides and other senior royals who are loyal to both him and Charles,” the source explained. They continued, “Things have gotten so bad that Charles has stopped briefing William on what’s been discussed with Harry.”
“He’s insisting those conversations are private and telling him to stop poking for information because it’s simply none of his business. That has only made William more convinced that Harry and Meghan are working their way back into Charles’ inner circle,” the source added.
