Travis Kelce shouted out the "awesome" girls flag football team inspired by Taylor Swift on the March 25 episode of New Heights
Jason Kelce called the KC Swifties "dope" and said he thinks flag football "builds better athleticism" than peewee football
Travis told the girls, "Good luck this year and I hope you guys win the championship"
Travis Kelce shouted out a girls flag football team inspired by his fiancée, Taylor Swift.
Travis, 36, and his brother Jason Kelce praised the KC Swifties, "an all girls flag football teamed formed in Kansas City thanks to Taylor getting more girls into football," Jason, 38, said, on the Wednesday, March 25 episode of New Heights with Jason and Travis Kelce.
"Hell yeah, that's awesome man," Travis said of the team.
Jason pointed out "an adorable picture" of the team in their Kansas City Chiefs-inspired red and yellow uniforms as they flipped through the KC Swifties' official Instagram account during the episode. "Awww, they're looking like they're having a blast," Travis said in response to a video of the girls on the field.
Jason also said he believes "flag football builds better athleticism than peewee football," telling viewers that peewee football is just kids "running into each other."

"This is dope, this is actually bobbing and weaving, this is sick," Jason said of the KC Swifties.
Travis concluded the segment by giving the KC Swifties a proper shoutout. "Good luck this year and hope you guys win the championship," he said.
The Swifties commented on the clip New Heights shared to Instagram, writing, "Omg Travis knows about us!!!!! And talked about us!!!!!! 🥹❤️🫶 #goals." The team also reposted the clip to their own account and captioned it, "Dreams do come true! @killatrav and @jason.kelce talked about us on the @newheightshow" on Wednesday.
On the New Heights episode one week earlier, Travis revealed Jason's involvement in helping him make the decision to return to the Chiefs for another season.
"You know, I was taking Jason Kelce's advice. I was taking the advice to take a step back," Travis explained. "You gotta let the emotions clear and you gotta have a clear head. I've made decisions based off of emotions and, you know, they haven't always played out the right way. So I think taking a step back letting the emotions settle down, the frustrations from the season."
