Paige DeSorbo said she'll never get Botox again because it made her "uglier"

DeSorbo previously hinted at swearing off Botox
Paige DeSorbo is opening up about her journey with Botox.
On an episode of the Giggly Squad podcast released on Friday, March 20, DeSorbo, 33, said she won't get Botox "ever again," admitting that she "went overboard."
"I don't think I'll ever get Botox ever again for the rest of my life," the Summer House alum told co-host Hannah Berner. " ... I don't think I'll ever do anti-aging [treatments] at a doctor ever again."
She added that she's "happy" she waited until she was 33 to try Botox, but that ultimately, "I just don't think it's worth it."
"There are so many pros, but I think there are so many cons," DeSorbo explained. "I think it made me uglier, honestly," she said, adding that she thinks the treatment "messed up my mouth."
The star has previously shared details about her experience with Botox.

In a joint cover story for Byrdie alongside Berner, DeSorbo spoke about her passion for skin care.

"In another life, I would've been an esthetician," she told the outlet.
The Daphne founder went on to share her thoughts on injectables, though she has yet to undergo such treatments herself. "I think I might forgo Botox and just get a facelift when I'm 45," she said.DeSorbo also praised Berner's skin, saying she's "never done a skin care routine.""And I've never, in my almost 10 years of being friends with her, I've never once seen a pimple," she added.

DeSorbo and Berner were previously on Bravo's Summer House together, though Berner, 34, left in 2021 after a falling out with several of their castmates. DeSorbo announced her departure in June 2025.
"We've had people [from Summer House] verbatim say to us, 'We don't want to focus on your friendship this season,' " DeSorbo claimed in a September 2025 interview dor Byrdie. "That was why we started Giggly Squad, because we were like, 'We have more things to say, and no one is listening to us.' "
Berner added: "I think we say more on the pod because we know how it's going to be put out. Whereas when you're on TV, you can say something personal, but you don't know how it's going to be framed and in what context."
