"Even though it gets in the way, it shouldn't get in the way of your relationship," Jonas joked
Nick Jonas is a big fan of the Squatty Potty.
The Gut Punch singer got especially candid about his bathroom habits during a Wednesday, Feb. 11 interview on BBC Radio 1, even giving advice to host Matt Edmondson on how he can convince his wife to embrace the helpful stool.
"Absolutely. It's the best thing ever," Jonas, 33, said about the product, which elevates the feet, creating a 35-degree squatting position and easing bowel movements. Radio 1 host Matt Edmondson expressed to Jonas that he has a 'poop stool' by his own toilet as well, but his wife isn't into the product.
"I've got one, and honestly, it's not gone down well," the host said. "Yeah, it's a dilemma," Jonas replied.
"Not to give you marriage advice here, you should write a letter explaining why it's so important to you to have this. And even though it gets in the way, it shouldn't get in the way of your relationship. That's my unsolicited marriage advice for you today," joked Jonas, who has been married to actress Priyanka Chopra Jonas since 2018.

The couple wed in two lavish ceremonies in India in December 2018, just months after they began dating. Priyanka told Vanity Fair that she's aware that her relationship with Nick "rubbed people the wrong way,"
"I don't know what was it about us," said Chopra Jonas "I think there was the intercultural nature of it — different countries, different religions, age gap. It was very hurtful." The Jonases welcomed daughter Malti Marie in January 2022.
Both Nick and Priyanka are celebrating new projects. Nick released his fifth studio album, Sunday Best, earlier this month, while Priyanka's new film, The Bluff, will release on Feb. 25 on Prime Video.
