Jen Affleck was in tears before she even finished unwrapping the Christmas present her husband Zac Affleck gave her this year.
In a new video shared to TikTok, the Dancing With the Stars alum, 26, opens a framed display that sends her instantly into sobs.
'I'm already crying," she says at the start of the clip, joking that it must be "that time of the month" when everything makes her emotional. The gift? A preserved version of the gold fringe dress she wore during DWTS' viral TikTok Night—one of her most memorable performances on the show.
The dress is displayed like a piece of art, sequins catching the light as Jen pulls away the wrapping. "Are you kidding me?" she asks, voice cracking as she looks to her husband.
"How did you know this one was my favorite?" Zak said that the gift means more than just a costume.
"I wanted it to represent your postpartum journey," he tells her, referencing the confidence, strength and healing she found through the season. The two share an emotional hug before Jen manages to say through tears, "This is better than the Mirrorball. I'm not even kidding."
"Zac showing us why she stayed," reads one comment on Jen's TikTok post. "She knew the true potential of him." Fans of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives previously had a very negative outlook of the reality star, but his gift-giving skills have won many over.
"STOP THIS IS SO PRECIOUS," DWTS pro Ezra Sosa commented. The discourse continued on Reddit, where fans couldn't get enough.
"This is a beautiful gift that shows your partner how much you're thinking of them," said one Reddit user. "Zac isn't my fave but as someone that is obsessed with giftgiving, this is really lovely."
"OK but this is super sweet and shows he's really trying," another said.
Jen's time on DWTS became a standout storyline for fans.
