The former glamour model, 46, boarded a plane yesterday with her boyfriend, Married At First Sight star JJ Slater, 32, and eldest son Harvey, 22. It comes after Katie was warned by a judge that she should not go on any more holidays which prevented her from showing up to court hearings regarding her bankruptcy.
