Prosecutor Alex Steadward advised Scarborough magistrates' court that Brown was arrested after police turned up to cope with another late-night incident in the city on December 2 final yr.

Magdeburg Singh Sachdave, mitigating, stated: "She had combined her prescribed anti-depressants with alcohol. She is devastated by her behaviour that night and needed to offer her apologies to the PC involved."
She was fined £135 with a £54 surcharge and £135 courtroom costs.
