Jennifer Lopez and her ex-husband, Ben Affleck's divorce reportedly came at a high price. The former couple allegedly purchased a marital mansion in Beverly Hills for $60.8 million in July 2023. It was reportedly even less than a year after their grand wedding in Georgia. Now, over a year after the two high-profile celebrities parted ways, they have allegedly been facing challenges in offloading the lavish property. It reportedly has a massive running and maintenance cost.

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck's marital mansion costing them a fortune after divorce — report

Jennifer Lopez and her ex-husband, Ben Affleck's marital mansion in Beverly Hills has reportedly been costing them a lot of money after their divorce in 2025. As reported by the Daily Mail, the "Kiss of the Spider Woman" actor and the "Gone Girl" actor have still been trying to offload their property in Beverly Hills. It allegedly cost them $60.8 million to purchase it back in 2023.

In the meantime, per the news outlet, according to the experts, the running cost of Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck's marital mansion on a monthly basis is near about $17,000-a-month. The news outlet further reported that the house has been listed and relisted two times now. The ex-married couple has also allegedly slashed $16 million from the original asking price during the course of the months. At present, the Beverley Hill property sits stagnant on the market with a value of $52 million.

According to the news outlet, the notable Hollywood real estate legend, Rick Hilton, who is also the father of Paris Hilton, has been handling the sale of Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez's mansion. Per the news outlet, if the former couple can sell the house now, they will lose $16 million on the original listing price alone. On top of that, there is reportedly an estimated $600,000 on water and electric bills. Neither the "The Accountant" actor nor his ex-wife, J.Lo, has made any comments on the matter.

Taylor Swift just caught a blunt brush-off from music figure skater Ilia Malinin. On camera, the U.S. men's star shut down Swift's catalog with a quick, "Hard no." The moment hit as Winter Olympics talk warmed up for Milan. It also landed during the singer's "Opalite" promo run. Now, fans are replaying the clip because the pop megastar is in NBC's Olympics mix, and it spread quickly online.

Taylor Swift's music is not liked by American Olympian figure skater Ilia Malinin

As per an interview on TODAY's YouTube channel, uploaded on February 13, Ilia Malinin was asked about his music taste. He first said, "I listen to any kind of music," listing electronic, metal, pop, R&B, and lo-fi. However, when Swift came up, he snapped, "No." Right after, he added, "I like some music I don't like," and confirmed she was the only artist on his no list.

Regardless, Swift's tie-ins kept building. The Grammy winner narrated a new NBC Olympics promo, reportedly after Malinin's remarks. The spot runs with "Opalite" and highlights Team U.S.A. women. In her voiceover, she calls Amber Glenn, Alysa Liu, and Isabeau Levito "three American showgirls on ice."

The multi-time Grammy winner also says Alysa came back "on her own terms." Meanwhile, she calls Amber's edge "embracing the fight." So, Ilia's "hard no" arrived before Swift's Olympics push for the women's team went live.

At the same time, the American music figure skater is known for jumps over playlists. The "Quad God" became a headline name after he landed a quad axel in competition in 2022. His parents are also Olympians, and they coach him. Malinin joked, "I'm on the ice 24/7," when asked about training. He said, "For me, it all comes down to feeling" before competitions.

Malinin goes electronic when he needs rhythm and metal when he needs edge. Amid the controversy, the Olympian stumbled in Milan and finished eighth, missing medal contention overall.

Tessa Thompson recently turned the heat up in a daring Collina Strada gown that redefined red carpet sensuality with an artful twist. She stepped out in a fully sheer black dress, embracing transparency in a way that felt both bold and beautifully intentional. Even more stunning is the fact that the outfit came straight off the runway.

Tessa Thompson stuns in sheer black Collina Strada dress for 2026 Film Independent Spirit Awards

View this post on Instagram

Tessa Thompson has been a fixture at award shows this season, thanks to her incredible performance in "Hedda." She delivered some of the best looks throughout her press run and is now continuing the streak with her award show appearances. At the 2026 Film Independent Spirit Awards, Thompson showed up in a sheer black Collina Strada dress. The piece is look 31 from the brand's Fall 2026 Ready-to-Wear collection, "The World Is a Vampire," designed by Hillary Taymour.

The floor-length dress skimmed the star's silhouette in a fluid, body-hugging cut. The diaphanous fabric revealed just enough while maintaining an air of sophistication. The bodice featured an oversized white floral motif blooming across it, contrasting the inky black backdrop. It added a romantic flourish to the dress, softening the sultry sheerness. Up top, a panel of satin fabric formed a draped neckline and extended outwards to rest on her upper arms.

Styled by Karla Welch, the Marvel actress paired the dress with black Jimmy Choo Minny Sandals. She accessorised with jewelry from Rouvenant, per Star Style. Furthermore, she let her natural curls flow freely over her shoulders, enhancing the effortless feel of the ensemble. Overall, Thompson's makeup was soft and glowing to match the romance of her dress. Adir Abergel styled her hair, while Alex Babsky worked on her glam.

Welch posted a photo of Thompson's look on February 16, with the caption"TESSA." Fans stormed to the comments with compliments. One individual wrote, "So so so pretty," while another commented, "Not DAMN NOTES."

Tyla is quickly becoming a global fashion icon who knows how to honor the legends that came before her. During a surprise appearance at Cardi B's "Little Miss Drama" Tour in Los Angeles, the South African singer sent the internet into a frenzy. Joining Cardi on stage at the Kia Forum, Tyla didn't just bring her hit songs; she brought a major fashion moment. By reaching into the archives for a legendary designer piece, she proved that classic style never truly fades. Her dress complemented her signature modern flair perfectly.

Tyla rocks iconic Roberto Cavalli micro minidress at Cardi B's Little Miss Drama Tour

View this post on Instagram

For her high-energy performance, Tyla wore a stunning archival Roberto Cavalli micro minidress. The dress is well-known for its vibrant yellow silk and intricate floral and bird motifs. It offers a playful, modern interpretation of a traditional Cheongsam, featuring a chic mandarin collar and delicate hook closures down the front. The micro length and daring side slit allowed her to move effortlessly while performing alongside Cardi B.

This specific yellow floral pattern holds a special place in fashion history, as it was famously popularized by the late R&B star Aaliyah. Tyla leaned into this nostalgic vibe by styling her hair in a deep side-part with loose waves, a subtle nod to Aaliyah's signature look. To keep the focus on the busy, beautiful print of the dress, she kept her accessories very minimal. She wore dainty gold hand chains and small earrings that shimmered under the stage lights.

The "Truth or Dare" singer completed the ensemble with classic gold strappy heels. Her makeup was soft and glowing, emphasizing her natural beauty while letting the bold Cavalli piece do all the talking. Looking radiant and confident, Tyla successfully bridged the gap between 2000s nostalgia and 2026 superstardom.

- Shandi Sullivan finished third on cycle 2 of *America's Next Top Model*.

- Now, she admits the show left her feeling "really broken."

- Sullivan left modeling and now works with animals.

Following the breakout success of its first season (or "cycle"), *America's Next Top Model* returned in 2004 with 12 new aspiring models seeking a foothold in the industry. One of them was Shandi Sullivan, a Walgreens employee from Kansas City.

Despite being new to modeling, Sullivan made it all the way to the finals. Her journey, though, was rife with drama, which was breathlessly captured on camera. On *Reality Check: Inside America's Next Top Model*, a Netflix docuseries about the reality competition's complicated legacy, Sullivan gets candid about her time on the show and the traumatic incident in Milan that still haunts her to this day.

It's been years since we last checked in with Sullivan, so here's a look at her time on *ANTM *and where she is today.

Who is Shandi Sullivan?

Shandi Sullivan on 'America's Next Top Model'

Shandi Sullivan on 'America's Next Top Model'.

During her time on *ANTM*, Sullivan spoke candidly about her childhood and complicated relationship with her parents, saying she always felt like "the black sheep" in her family.

Sullivan decided to move out when she was 18. She bought a plane ticket and didn't tell her parents where she was going. On the way out, she ran into her dad, who told her to "have a nice life."

She ended up in Kansas City, where she worked as a service clerk at Walgreens. After seeing an ad for *ANTM,* she went to the casting call. The rest is history.

On the show, she got a full makeover, including a striking platinum blonde hairstyle that, for the first time, made her feel pretty and confident. Sullivan finished in third place and had her sights set on winning… until Milan.

What happened to Shandi Sullivan in Milan?

When the cycle 2 models arrived in Milan, some Italian locals ferried them to a series of "go-sees," an industry term for introductory meetings between models, agents, and designers. Later, the drivers joined the models at their apartment for dinner and drinks. "We were just talking, drinking," Sullivan recalls on *Reality Check*. "I don't think I'd eaten anything at all or had any sleep."

The party eventually moved to a hot tub, where an intoxicated Sullivan, who had a boyfriend back in Kansas City, kissed one of the locals. "Everything kind of after that is just a blur," she says, her voice growing emotional. "I remember him on top of me. I was blacked out. No one did anything to stop it. And it all got filmed, all of it."

Sullivan also spoke of the encounter in a 2023 interview with **. "I was really drunk, falling down. If I would've seen me out with that dude in [public], I would've been like, 'Okay, grab [her], you're way too drunk to even know what's going on.'"

She continued, "We had sex for two seconds, that was it, and then I passed out. When I woke up, I was like, 'Oh s---. It wasn't safe, and I wanted to make sure he was [clean]. They ended up [filming] me talking to the guy, like, 'Do you have STDs? When was the last time you were tested?' Thinking about that now, it's so bizarre. Like, this is my life, it's not a scripted thing."**

'ANTM' returning for cycle 25, Tyra Banks says: 'My work is not done'

In the doc, Sullivan alleges that producers wouldn't let her speak to her boyfriend, Eric, until she began threatening to leave the competition. Many viewers likely remember the heated phone call that ensued, with Eric calling her a "stupid b----" while she breaks down in tears on the floor.

According to Sullivan, the crew told her they regretted filming the conversation. "They just knew that this isn't right. Like, why are we filming this?" Sullivan says on *Reality Check*.

"That was, for good or bad, one of the most memorable moments in *Top Model,*" says executive producer Ken Mok in the docuseries. (Mok declined to comment about the incident to EW.)

Previously, a spokesperson for *ANTM* creator, host, and executive producer Tyra Banks said the supermodel "played no role in the events that occurred this night. Everyone, including production, was surprised to find out what had transpired."**

Sullivan addressed the incident in an Instagram post following the doc's Feb. 16 premiere. "At the age of 43, I continue to struggle with it; always smiling," she wrote. "That's why I took this opportunity. Knowing that Tyra didn't have control over my narrative, that the director and producers here had my back... that's why I did it. I did it for me. Because I mattered and I still do! The love I have felt today has been immense."**

Did Shandi Sullivan and her boyfriend break up?

Shandi Sullivan on 'America's Next Top Model'

Shandi Sullivan on 'America's Next Top Model'.

Yes, Sullivan and Eric eventually split, but not after trying to work through their issues.

"We tried. We really tried," she says in the documentary. "He moved with me to New York after the show. But it would suck when I'd be walking with Eric down the street and somebody would recognize me and call me a slut to my face. Or a cheating whore, with Eric standing right next to me. That was fun. It made me hate myself."**

Where is Shandi Sullivan now?

Sullivan currently works with animals and, as she says on *Reality Check*, dreams of living on a farm and having a "sanctuary" for various critters. She also started a Brooklyn-based jewelry business called Dream Meow Corner and hosts a podcast about horror movies, *Urn Fulla Popcorn*, with Timmy Williams of *The Whitest Kids U' Know. *

Though she eventually left the modeling industry, she did do some post-*ANTM* shoots with Nigel Barker, a former judge and photographer on the show.**

"Shandi and I collaborated on a few shoots after *ANTM*, she was always a very special unique person," Barker wrote in an Instagram post highlighting his photos of her. "Watching the new Netflix doc *Reality Check: Inside America's Next Top Model *you get an extremely raw and true behind the scenes look at Shandi's story and it's clear the show could and should have done much better. Shandi will always be a rockstar."**

Shandi Sullivan

Hulu; Shandi Sullivan photographed by Tanner Abel and Nicholas Needham

On *Reality Check*, Sullivan recalls feeling "really broken" after her cycle of *ANTM*. She'd hoped to land at a "top modeling agency," but ended up returning to her job at Walgreens.

She did, however, make a few appearances on *The Tyra Banks Show*, during which Banks aired footage of the Milan incident. Sullivan can be seen closing her eyes to avoid watching it.

In both the documentary and in a previous interview with EW, Sullivan claims that she asked producers to not show the footage, as she'd never seen it and didn't want to. "I almost got up in the middle of her f---ing showing it and left, but I was like, don't do that, that's what they want; they want a reaction out of you, and they've got enough," she told us.

Banks' spokesperson previously told EW that Banks "was not personally approached about this request and would never deliberately air a moment if someone specifically asked her not to. This goes against her beliefs."**

Charli XCX stepped out in a black leather jacket from August Barron's Spring/Summer 2026 collection titled "Real Housewife." Crafted from glossy leather, the jacket featured a cinched elastic waist that flared into a peplum hem, giving structure and shape to the otherwise edgy silhouette. It also had a high stand collar and a full zip-up front. Worn solo, the piece blurred the lines between jacket and dress. The bold, leg-baring look was both rebellious and refined.

The "Brat" hitmaker kept the look cohesive by pairing the jacket with matching black leather thigh-high boots and sheer tights. The boots were also from the same August Barron collection. They featured slouchy detailing, an exposed frontal zip, buckle straps at the top and ankle, and a sharp stiletto heel. The monochromatic styling created a head-to-toe leather moment, making the look powerful and unapologetically confident.

Styled by Chris Horan, the 33-year-old completed her look with Boodles jewelry. The pieces were Pas De Deux Diamond Drop Necklace and Play of Light Yellow Diamond Platinum Earrings. She wore her long hair down in voluminous waves with a center part. This added to the effortlessly sultry feel of her look.

Her makeup was simple with defined brows, sculpted cheeks, and a neutral lip. The glam balanced out the intensity of her all-black ensemble. Meanwhile, her dark manicure matched the subtle edge of her outfit. Charli's co-stars Alexander Skarsgard, Rish Shah, and Jamie Demetriou also attended the premiere.

Whoopi Goldberg is clarifying why her name appears in the Epstein files. **

"Now, in the name of transparency, can you put up… my name is in the files," Goldberg said on Tuesday's episode of *The View*, before an email was depicted on the screen behind the Hot Topics table. **

Goldberg explained that her name is mentioned in email correspondence between Jeffrey Epstein and an individual whose name has been redacted about trying to find a private plane for her to get to Monaco to attend an event hosted by Julian Lennon's charity, the White Feather Foundation.

"It says, 'Whoopi needs a plane to get to Monaco… Julian Lennon's charity is paying for it. They don't want to charter so they're looking for private owners. Here's the info,'" Goldberg said, reading directly from the email. "And they give all the information and they're saying, do you want to offer your G2?" **

Sunny Hostin pointed out that Epstein turned down the offer in a follow-up email. "And it looks like they said no thanks," she remarked.

"So, in other words, anyone can be on this list?" Joy Behar asked. **

"This is my point because, when I tell you people are trying to turn me into," Goldberg replied. "I wasn't his girlfriend. I wasn't his friend. I was not only too old, but it was at a time where this is just not…. You used to have to have facts before you said stuff."**

When Behar noted that President Donald Trump is featured in the files "38,000 times," Goldberg replied, "I can't speak to him, but I'm speaking about me because I'm getting dragged."**

She continued, "People actually believe that I was with him. It's like, honey, come on. Every man I've ever been with you've known about 'em because either the *Enquirer* wrote about it, people wrote about this stuff."

Goldberg also didn't fly on the plane, either. "And, no, I didn't get on the plane," she said, "because you know what I would have to do to get on the plane?"**

Fly, which is one of her greatest fears. "She doesn't fly," Sara Haines replied. "She's a bus babe!"

Haines noted that Goldberg is just one of many famous names, like Marilyn Monroe, that is included in the Epstein files for a variety of reasons.

"A lot of the reasons your name can be mentioned are news articles, third-party emails, contacts," she said. "Again, wealthy famous people often cross in professional and social circles, so that's not the surprising part."**

She added that what she's really looking for is "an accountability for the people that had a depth of relationship, the timing of that relationship, and the nature of that relationship" with Epstein. **

"Nobody wants to know that young girls were victimized and because of power and money, people turned their cheek," Haines said. "Was this covered up? No one should be above scrutiny. No amount of status should soften abuse. And no system should protect the powerful over victims. That's the problem." **

Goldberg isn't the only celebrity who has addressed their name making an appearance in the Epstein files since the Department of Justice released more than three million more documents in January. *The Daily Show *host Jon Stewart also reacted to his name being brought up in an email chain between Epstein and producer Barry Josephson, in which Josephson suggested someone like him could serve as a narrator on an upcoming project. **

"Excuse me? I am offended! Somebody like Jon Stewart, or Jon Stewart?!" Stewart exclaimed at the time. "My point is, do I have the offer, or is this an audition?"
